Jail-bound Paris Hilton has just been scratched from the world’s top heiress list apparently because of her erratic and controversial behavior. Hilton has never failed to attract controversy these past few years, most starting from her sex tape that was passed around through the Internet in 2003. Rosie O’Donnell confirms Elisabeth’s photo was defaced

According to www.thecelebritytruth.com, Rosie O’Donnell has confirmed that the alleged defacing of a photo of ‘The View’ co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck did occur, with one of the show’s producers, Janette Barber, responsible.

“It was only one photo, people, and it was a magazine cut-out,” O’Donnell explained on a video message posted on her official website, responding to media speculation that the producer had defaced a hanging photo of Hasselbeck at the ABC Studios.

O’Donnell, who wasn’t at the studio at the time of the incident, said another staffer caught Janette drawing a moustache on a picture of Hasslebeck that was ripped from a magazine, and “turned her in”. Janette was subsequently escorted out of the building.

“Poor Janette was crying,” O’Donnell said, adding that it was a “cute little joke on the way out”.

Former Argentine President Carlos Menem and his wife, former Miss Universe Cecilia Bolocco have split. They were married in 2001. The 72-year-old broke his silence about their marriage, saying that they have been separated for a while. This announcement comes on the heels of topless photos that have been circulating online of Bolocco and Luciano Marocchino, an Italian entrepreneur and who, coincidentally, is a Miss Universe Judge.

Menem had said that “living together had become impossible” and now the only bond they share is their son Maximo, who turns 4 in November. Sylvester Stallone apologizes over illegal drugs!

Rambo - Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone told an Australian court yesterday his importation of two banned muscle-building hormones was a "terrible mistake" caused by ignorance of local laws.

Stallone will be sentenced on Monday next week after he pleaded guilty to bringing dozens of vials of the restricted drugs into Australia during a tour to promote his film, Rocky Balboa.

"I made a terrible mistake, not because I was attempting to deceive anyone but I was simply ignorant to your official rules," Stallone said in a letter to Sydney's Local Court, claiming the drugs had been perscribed to him for an unspecified medical condition.

"I feel terrible that my breach of the rules has set a poor example to members of the public, whose opinion I cherish dearly," he said.

Lawyers for the 60-year-old star of the "Rocky" and "Rambo" movie franchises entered the guilty pleas yesterday on behalf of the actor, who did not appear in court.

Stallone was charged with importing banned substances into Australia after a customs search of his luggage at the start of a three-day visit to Sydney in February revealed 48 vials of the human growth hormone product, Jintropin.[source]

Paris Hilton may serve less time!

Heiress, pop singer and media star Paris Hilton’s jail sentence, which is due to begin on 5 June, may be reduced by as much as 50% for good behaviour and because the prisons are overcrowded, American sources say.

Los Angeles County sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore said: "It's possible it could be 21 days, 23 days," but he added that the exact time she will serve cannot be known until after she has entered the women-only Century Regional Detention Centre in California.

Paris HiltonParis Hilton, 26, had been given a sentence of 45 days imprisonment after breaking her probation for a drink-driving conviction.

The sheriff went on to explain that some women prisoners had been released after only serving 10 per cent of their time in prison, although he said that Paris Hilton would not be treated any differently because she was a celebrity.

Paris Hilton is reported to have said she is "ready to face the consequences" for what she has done, but her publicist has made no further comment.
