A few HD caps of Zoe Saldana topless in the role of Neytiri from the movie Avatar.
There are a few scenes in the movie where Zoe's breasts get exposed, but in the end, everything we see is CGI.
Zoe and other actors were wearing black skin suits when filming their scenes. The skin suits, and all surroundings as well, were replaced with the computer generated bodies and world.
An extended sex scene between Zoe and Sam Worthington was also filmed for the movie, but it was cut to insure the PG-13 rating. Unfortunately the recently released Blu-ray disc doesn't contain any extra features or deleted scenes, so we'll have to wait a few more months for studio to release Blu-ray and DVD of the movie with all the bonus features.
